      When Will My Order Arrive? 


      Domestic Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

      All orders shipped to a PO Box are sent using USPS or FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited. Hell or High Water does not process or ship orders on weekends or on any federal holidays. Please note: Orders placed after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

       

      Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight shipping delays. Taxes do not count toward the Free Shipping total. All orders using the Free Shipping option will be shipped through FedEx. 

       

      Please keep in mind all deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures; therefore we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time. HoHW shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
